Fairfax High school is the most prominent public high school in the area of Fairfax. Fairfax High School is also known as one of the best performing schools in the Eastern United States. The Fairfax High School System operates under the Fairfax County Public Schools under a contract. The Fairfax High School establishment was erected way back in 1972, about half a century ago.
